He is survived by: his wife Mary Frichtl of Newton, Illinois; his children, Rachel Weber (Kyle) of Aberdeen, Lisa Chacon (Jeremy) of St. Charles, Missouri and Thomas Frichtl of Newton; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Weber, Joseph Weber, Rose Weber, Lila Chacon and Mary Chacon.

In loving memory of Douglas, memorials may be made to the St. Thomas Catholic School.
