He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Williams and Alma Mae Woods (Phillipson); his wife Mary Ellen Woods; his children, Robert Lee Nading, Cynthia Jean Kirk and Billie Dawn (Russ Williams); his granddaughter Dorothy Stork; and his sister Dianna (Bill White).
He is survived by: his daughter Cassandra "Cassy" Staal (Robert); his siblings, Fred Woods (Bonnie), Anna Fink (Steve), Steve Woods, Penny Wright, David Woods, Bobby Woods (Patty) and Kay Watts (Todd); and his brother-in-law Ralph Wayne Barrick (Joyce). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
