We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2024, at the age of 74, Deena Lea Brown of Newton, Illinois, born in Charleston, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deena Lea Brown to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Beard and Rubilea Wilson (Hamilton); and her parents-in-law, Andrew and Clella Brown. She is survived by: her husband Rick Brown of Newton, Illinois; her children, Bobbi Brooks (Mike) of Charleston, Illinois, David Brown (Melissa) of Newton, Illinois and Nathan Brown of Flora, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Ashley Meeker (Morgan Linder), Shannon Meeker, Connor Brown, Parker Brown, Carson Brown, Kyndal Brown, Jennifer Keenan (Bobby), Melissa Brooks and David Brooks; and her brother Alan Beard (Sue) of Newton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newton Free Methodist Church (201 E Reynolds St, Newton, IL 62448). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In loving memory of Deena, memorials may be made to the Newton Free Methodist Church.
