She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phelps and Betty Phelps; her husband Gary Leanord Crispin; her brother John Henry Phelps Jr. "Hotshot"; and her son Terry Crispin.
She is survived by: her pet Poppy; her sister Peggy; her daughters, Amber Jensen of Newton and Angie Pink of Newton, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Destini Shuemaker, Annie Shuemaker, Brittany Delaney (Jake), Jerimiah Jensen (Kendrah), David Jensen (Sara), Samantha Cameron (Bryson), Shayden Miller (Lily), Amandy Crispin and Skylar Sanderson; and her great grandchildren, Deanna Marlene Jensen, Aelin Gene Jensen, Freedom Rose Shuemaker, Merci Noelle Shuemaker, Justice Michael Shuemaker, Casper Jonathon Oja and Liberty Mason Shuemaker.
