Dale Carr Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Carr of Newton, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Carr and Thelma Carr (Bower); and his brothers, John, Frank and Raymond Kinsel.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carr of Newton; his daughters, Sheila Brooks (Greg) of Newton, Illinois. and Lisa Lomas (Dan) of Newton, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Dustin Brooks (Erika) of Newton, Illinois, Doug Brooks of St. Louis, Missouri and Megan Lomas of Villa Grove; his great grandchildren, Harper and Emory Brooks; his brother Joe Carr (Pat) of Robinson; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Kinsel of Greenup and Sue Kinsel of Chicago.
