He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lewis and Nettie Lewis (Jayne); his children, Gary Lewis and Debbie Guerrettaz; and his siblings, Katie Lewis, Melba Grove, Mildred Morrison, Evelyn Cook and Leon Stockwell.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Lewis; his children, Heidi Dunn (Greg) and Tom Jung; his grandchildren, Kolby Jackson, Brandi Chapman (Ed), Brad Lewis (Jennifer), Lacey Miller, Jaime Malenchik (Joe) and Kristen Geier (Curtis); and his great grandchildren, Morgan Miller, Chelsey Weeks, Ashley Reese, Kaleb Jackson, Gracey Lewis, Gary Lewis, Jacob Malenchik, Ella Geier, Ethan King and Damon King.
In loving memory of Buck, memorials may be made to the Grace United Methodist Church.
