He is survived by: his siblings, Crystal Frank of Newburg and Michael Apple (Leslie) of Newton, Illinois.; his nieces and nephews, Kiley Bierman (John) of Teutopolis, Illinois, Breyton Apple (Tara) of Newton, Illinois and Brittany Frank (Travis Coulter) of Evansville, Indiana.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kiel Apple of Newton, Illinois, Gabe Gordon of Teutopolis, Illinois, Russell Apple of Newton, Illinois, Jackson Bierman of Teutopolis and Zella Apple of Newton, Illinois.; and his close friend Grover.
