He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joan Kaforski and Alvin Nesbitt. He is survived by: his parents, Chris Kaforski and April Kaforski; his siblings, Austin Kent (Jordan) and Marley Kaforski (Caleb); and his girlfriend Maya Grogan. He is also survived by grandparents, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
