He is survived by: his mother Sheila Summerson (Holt) of Newark; his children, Jacob Summerson of Millington and Erin Summerson of Marseilles; his grandsons, Garrett Summerson and Rowan Wolfe; and his brothers, Bret Summerson (Trish) and Joe Summerson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
