She was predeceased by: her father Charles Clawson. She is survived by: her mother Gayle Evans (Hartline); her friend Thomas Samion; her husband Thomas; her stepfather Scot; her children, Mary Samion, Scott Samion and Kevin Samion; and her sister Roseann Fletcher (John) of Zearing, IA.
