We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2020, at the age of 62, Aimee J. Jonassen (Newark, Illinois), born in Mendota, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh M. Shifflette and Louise M. Shifflette (McMaster); her siblings, Bill Shifflette and Karen Freschi-Applebee; and her pet Beauregard.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Jonassen; her son Jonathan Jonassen (Jennifer) of Earlville; her granddaughter Kegan Jonassen; her siblings, Rosemarie Harer of Ottawa, Cathy Norem of West Fargo, ND and Raleigh Shifflette (Marilyn) of Mendota; her pet Florence; and her nephews, Andrew Freschi, Scot Freschi, Brandon Myers, Mike Jonassen, Jim Jonassen and Shane Jonassen.
