He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Litwiler and Jere Keck Litwiler; and his brother Bob Litwiler. He is survived by: his son Donnie Litwiler; his siblings, Deanna Spivey (Randy) of Alpha and Jesse Litwiler (Molly) of Matherville; his sister-in-law Kathi Litwiler of Woodhull; and his close friend Rod McCaw of New Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
