He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rhodes; his daughters, Sherry Hooker (Dave) of Hampton, IL and Tammi Ames (Steve) of Cambridge, IL; his brother Alan Avery (Lois) of Sherman, IL; his grandchildren, Nicole, Lee, Austin, Daniel, Renee and Emily; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Chandler, Emerald, Isaiah, Neaveh, Elijah, Mia, Caleb, Weston, Hannah, Noelle and Sarah; and his great great grandchildren, Ezriel and Grace.
