It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert I. Spencer of New Windsor, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Malvin Spencer and Dorothy Spencer (Wemer); his brothers, Tom and Rollin Spencer; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Wildermuth and Linda Spencer.
He is survived by: his son Scott Spencer (Dianna) of Aledo; his grandchildren, Kia Winsor (Darren), Amber Bittick (Andrew), Nick Spencer and Robert Smet (Cassy Walsh); his great grandchildren, Christian Bittick, Owen Winsor, Lincoln Bittick, Lilly Smet and Emmy Winsor; and his sister Beverly Wildermuth.
