He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred William and Alice Pauline Stewart Allen; and his brother Max Allen. He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Hay of Aledo and Sharon Otten of LeClaire, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Judy Allen of New Windsor. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be left to the New Windsor Cemetery Maintenance and Improvements Fund or to Tri County Ambulance.
