He was predeceased by: his son Jason; and his sister Barbara Kepner. He is survived by: his wife Rhea; his children, Kathy Curry (Thad) of Alpha, IL, Chad Johnson of Orlando, FL and Corey Johnson (Erin) of Rock Island, IL; and his grandchildren, Chris (Marie), Cody, Evan, Lauren, Lucas and Jacob. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
