He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his children, Deborah Gerdes (Jim) of Moline, IL, Joyce Utz (Floyd) of New Windsor, IL, Kim Edell (Rock) of East Moline, IL, Greg Monson (Krista) of Moline, IL and Scott Monson (Kelly) of Sherrard, IL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Peterson-Wallin-Knox Funeral Home in Alpha where memorials may be left to Tri-County Ambulance or Alzheimer's Association.
