Duane Churchwell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2021, at the age of 84, Duane Churchwell of New Windsor, Illinois, born in Hannibal, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar M. Churchwell and Dorothy Churchwell (Wilkerson); his former wife Helen V. Chilberg; his son Edward Green; and his siblings, Jackie Kelley and Eugene Churchwell.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Eggen Stromquist; his son Robert Churchwell (Becky) of Hillsdale, IL; his daughter-in-law Georgia Green; and his daughters, Sandy Nice (Mark) of Preemption, IL, Teresa VanAutreve (Bill) of Galesburg, IL and Amanda Whiting (Tom) of Lynn Center, IL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
