He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ila Rose, Lavon Rose, Dorothy Rose, Glennis Rose, Anna Rose, Frank, Herman Jr. and Lee.
He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Irene Leafgreen; his children, Cleta Willems (Kirby) of New Windsor, Bruce Devlin of New Windsor, Ron Devlin (Kathy) of Galesburg and Kevin Devlin (Wende) of Rio; and his siblings, Darrel Devlin (Martha) of Galesburg and Jean Foster of Oneida. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
