He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven and Josephine; and his siblings, Shirley, Joseph, Robert, Raymond and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Mryna Botka; and his children, Patricia Lukas (Jim), David Botka (Patty), Ronald Botka (Kelly), Christine Hendry (Mike) and Annette McClain (Mitch). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
