He is survived by: his daughter Linda Macy (Bill); his grandchildren, Ryan Macy and Lori Macy-Meltzer (Brian); his great grandchildren, Beckham Meltzer and Brooklyn Meltzer; his siblings, Phillip Walter (Joan), Judith Preuss (Bill) and Susan Kreger (Jim); his cousins, Terry McCready and Charles Peters (Sandy); and his close friend Keith Madsen.
