She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Elizabell Guess; her husband Bobby Dean Millsap; her siblings, Linda Guess, Elizabeth Matthews (Guy), John Henry "Buster" Guess (Reba), Nancy Davis (Bob) and Stella Pryor (JT); her brother-in-law Kenneth McAfee; her stepmother Mildred "Bill" Guess; and her nephews, Theodore "Ted" Pryor, John David Guess and Thomas "Tommy" Pryor.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra D. Flowers (Robert F. Jr.), Dustin B. Millsap (Sandra L.), Mammam, Robert F. III Flowers (Katarzyna "Kasia"), Victoria E. Flowers, Grannymam, Cody Dean and Noah A. Millsap; and her sibling Charlsie McAfee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
