We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Valentine Kurzeja (New Lenox, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois. He was predeceased by: his wife Violet Kurzeja; his parents, Jozef Kurzeja and Regina Kurzeja; his stepchildren, Patricia Flowers and William Harris; and his siblings, Mike, Sophie, Rose, Theresa, Joseph, Stanley, Ben, John and Mary.

He is survived by: his stepsons, Barry Suslowicz and Walter Suslowicz; and his sister Margaret Florence. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Valentine will be laid to rest privately at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City. Masks and social distancing are mandatory for all in attendance.
