He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sheppard and Ethel Sheppard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sheppard (McCartney); his children, Michael Sheppard (Janette), Christopher Sheppard (Melissa) and Heather Gier (Adam); and his sisters, Delores Caraway, Florence Newbold (Tobe) and River.
