He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dixon and Margaret Dixon (Higgins); his brother Patrick Dixon (Shari); his parents-in-law, Charlie and Lily Blackburn; and his nephews, Charles "Bubs" Blackburn and Sean Dixon.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Dixon (Blackburn); his siblings, Peggi Maher and Maureen Ryan; his nieces and nephews, Liam Dixon, Brendan Maher (Pam), Kevin Maher and Chaz Blackburn (Kendra); his brother-in-law Charles Blackburn (Denise); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Conor, Jack, Colleen, Caitlin, Ryan, Emily and Addy.
