He is survived by: his wife Carla O'Sullivan (Capadona); his stepson Andrew Rizzuto; his children, Timothy O'Sullivan (Kristine), Sheri Gad (Chris) and James O'Sullivan (Priscilla); his grandchildren, Ashley Zagorski (O'Sullivan), Timmy O'Sullivan, Jacob Pearson, Jordan Pearson, Emily Gad, Kailee O'Sullivan and Rylan O'Sullivan; his great grandchildren, MJ Zagorski and Addison Zagorksi; and his siblings, Maureen Head (Tom Milan), Rose Kurtz, Jeffrey Kurtz, Arden Tatum (Dave) and Debi Neal.
