He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard J. Beckstrom and Margaret E. Beckstrom; and his brother Jack Beckstrom (Pam). He is survived by: his wife Janice Beckstrom; his children, Angela Groenewold (John) and Jon Beckstrom (Alicia); his pet Lola; and his siblings, Mary Jo Gowing (Chris), Ann Finigan (Tom) and Rob Beckstrom (Pattee).
