He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clark and Mildred Clark (Skosey). He is survived by: his wife Janet Clark (Stillings); his children, Terri Silakowski (Tim), Jacki Clark (Gary Pierson) and Thomas John Clark "TJ"; his grandchildren, Tara, JT (Franki), Alex and Mikayla; his great grandchild Mandy; and his siblings, Richard Clark (Eileen) and Janet Buscher (Phil). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 virus, a memorial service will be held in the future.
