Steve J. Magee Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steve J. Magee (New Lenox, Illinois), born in Madison, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Steve's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gary Magee and Tana Palmer (Knutson); his wife Deb Magee of Frankfort; his daughter Megan Magee of Chicago; his father-in-law John; and his in-laws, Rudy and Esther Bicknase. He was also cherished by Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
