She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Bolker; her parents, Stanley Galica and Rose Galica; her brothers, Stanley Galica Jr. and Frank Galica; and her aunt Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Bolker and Laura Doran (Jim); her grandchildren, David J. and Julia Rose Doran; and her sisters, Ann Petroline and Delores Marsic. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
