She is survived by: her husband John Churchill; her daughters, Andrea Zelensky (Jason) and Sara Ingmire (Steven); her grandsons, Brandon, Evan, Zachary Ingmire and Alexander Zelensky; her siblings, Albert Vanthournout, David Vanthournout and Joann Schuppenhauer (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Vanthournout and Bill Menees. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
