He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley W. Elliott and Mary Catherine "Kathryn" Elliott; and his spouse Beverly Ann. He is survived by: his daughter Diane Bates (Brian); his grandsons, Brandon Bates (Julie) and Colin Bates (Cydney); and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Kaia and Jarrett Bates.

Social distancing and masks are MANDATORY for ALL in attendance.
