He was predeceased by: his wife April; his siblings, John "Terry" Bickham, Barbara Crosby (late Albert), Judy Bickham and Tom Bickham (Donna); and his parents, Lincoln Carson and Betty Bickham.

He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Sowske (Matt) and Joyce Spalla (Jim); and his grandchildren, Eric, Amanda, Abby Sowske, Christian, Ethan and Austin Spalla.

In lieu of flowers, donations to United Methodist Church in New Lenox, are appreciated.
