It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert D. Cagwin of New Lenox, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Cagwin (Kadletz); his parents, Elvis Cagwin and Alta Cagwin (Watters); his siblings, Harlow, Don, Elvis, Howard Cagwin and Hazel Aschenbrenner (late Joe); his nephew Darryl Barr; and also, Robert J. and Mildred Kadletz (Malcolm).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Cagwin (Christine) and Nancy Cagwin; his grandchildren, Rachel, Anna and Joshua Cagwin; his sisters, Edna Cagwin, Shirley Barr (Lewis) and Sandra Carey (Donald); and his sister-in-law Jean Cagwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Internment at Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet, Illinois will be held privately for immediate family. Social distancing and masks are MADATORY for ALL in attendance.
