He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rackouski; his brothers, Brian Rackouski and Ray; his sister-in-law Kathy Jordan; his nieces and nephews, Maggie, Paul Rackouski, Alexis and Cody Jordan; his child Mosby; and his caregivers, Natalie, Colleen, Kathy and Cody.
