She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas; and her parents, Andrew Kotlarz and Ethel Kotlarz. She is survived by: her children, Gerianne Cygan (Brian), Cynthia Antonelli (late Steve), Thomas Krusenoski (Tricia) and Kevin Krusenoski (Denise); her grandchildren, Tomasa, Matthew, Luke Cygan, Lauren, Ryan West, Anamarie Antonelli, Adam, Nina and Noah Krusenoski; her great grandchild Logan Tantillo; and her siblings, Andrew Kotlarz (Sharon) and Joyce Dwyer (Richard).
