She was predeceased by: her father Edward Grant; her stepfathers, Joseph Kuklik and Brady Grant; her husband Joseph R. Witkowski; her granddaughter Katie Vander Velde; her sister Joan Grant; and her stepsibling Jean Kouba (late Rich).
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Witkowski (Tracy), Lisa Vander Velde (Kenny) and Ellen Haas (Kenny); her grandchildren, Emily Witkowski (Ryan Reid), Karen Witkowski (Bryan Cloud), Ryan Vander Velde, Jacob Vander Velde (MacKenzie Bainbridge), Josephine Haas and Lucy Haas; and her great grandchild Ayla Reid.
