She was predeceased by: her husband William Hood; her parents, Matthew Karczewski and Frances Karczewski; and her siblings, Dorothy "June" Morin, Jim Karczewski, Sue Pyrzynski and Phillip Karczewski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Capjak (late Ted), Jill Hood (Greg Carey), Amy Hood, Pam Widule (John) and Kerry White (Brian); her grandchildren, Eric, Amber, Mark Zukowski, Brett Capjak, Jake Hood, John Paul Baccus, Jasmyn Arnold, Taylor, Mackenzie, Jamie Widule, Bradford, Troy and Sophia White; her great grandchildren, Ariya and Luka Baccus; and her brother Tom Karczewski. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Heart Association in Pat's name.
