With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nick Skentzos of New Lenox, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2025 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Nick departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Nick. Though Nick may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sherri Skentzos; his parents, Konstantinos Skentzos and Georgia Skentzos; and his mother-in-law Aggie Spero. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas (Sam Watson) and Vincent Skentzos; his parents-in-law, Jerry Spero and Rosemarie "Chickie" Ciocci; and his pet Thor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
