He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florence Hooper and Austin Hooper; his wife Carol; his daughters, Melissa Smith (Mike), Katie Rogers (Cory) and Jessica Hooper; his granddaughters, Emma and Anna Smith; and his siblings, Patricia Evans (late Skip), Larry Hooper, Lori Hoegler (Fred), Andy Hooper (Cathy) and Holly Dudko. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.
The family will be practicing, no contact, social distancing. Masks are MANDATORY for ALL in attendance.
