She is survived by: her husband Martin Heemstra; her son Michael DiNovo (Karyn); her grandchildren, Vincent DiNovo and Cecilia DiNovo; her brother Joseph DiNovo (Dawn); and her stepchildren, Deanna Quenzel (Thomas), Dean Heemstra and Christopher Heemstra.
