She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frankowski and Rose Frankowski (Bogucki); her husband Edward Lacki; and her brother Gerald Frankowski. She is survived by: her son Dennis Lubas (Jeannie); and her nephews, Gerald Frankowski (Colleen), Anthony Frankowski and Michael Frankowski (Jenni).
