She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Garrity; her parents, Andrew Truty and Marie Truty (Keipes); and her sister Joan Drop. She is survived by: her daughter Marie Barmes; her friend Therese Piazza; her grandchildren, Bradley Tidwell (Stephanie Beaumont) and Ryan Tidwell; her great grandchildren, Stephen Beaumont, Raelynn and Gabriel Tidwell; her great-nephew Simon Kellar; and also Dr. Lianne Holloway (Fred Neisser).
