She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kucharski and Anna Kucharski (Dzielski); her husband Bruno Leleika; and her brother-in-law George Guminski. She is survived by: her siblings, Bernie Guminski, John Kucharski (Carol) and Janet Strauss (Bill); and her grandchildren, Forest, Ryan, Kevin, Caitlin, Michelle, Stacey, Thomas and David. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Project Parent Muscular Dystrophy or the American Heart Association would be greatly appreciated.
