She is survived by: her sister Jeannine Mazak (Edward); and her daughters, Kimberly Azzaro (Robert), Darlene Sobczak, Kathleen Lardner (Dean) and Beverly Carlock (John). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
