He was predeceased by: his brother Abram. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Daniel (Jacqui Garcia-Camilo) and Lisa Edwards (Stephen); his granddaughters, Elle and Isabela; and his sister Petra Perez (Daniel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, as well as cousins.
