It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa M. Aspel of New Lenox, Illinois, born in Palos Heights, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Aspel and Ursula Aspel; her husband Jason Maeder; her children, Kayla Aspel, Daniel Maeder and Joseph Maeder; her sister Ursula Aspel; her parents-in-law, Ron and Marie Maeder; and her nieces and nephews, Jack Weaver, Jess Weaver, Madison Maeder, Nathan Maeder and Lucas Maeder.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451). A prayer was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (241 W 2nd Ave, New Lenox, IL 60451). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).
