He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Staskiewicz and Evelyn Staskiewicz (Pawlowski). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Staskiewicz (Jastrzemski); his daughter Katheryn Anderson (Gary); and his brother Steve Staskiewicz.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or TLC Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
