He was predeceased by: his parents, Haralambos Xydis and Christina Xydis; his siblings, Eleftheria Katris (late George) and Kostas; his parents-in-law, Ioannis and Aikaterini Sifountou; and his sister-in-law Christina Klimis (Kyriakos).
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Christina Willner (Michael), Kathy, Bobby and John; his grandchildren, Eleana, Nick, Andrew and Mikey Willner; his siblings, George, Anthoula Barlas (Theo), Peter (Georgia), Anna Bozonelos (Nick) and Katina Dravilas (Spiro); and his siblings-in-law, Elisavet Skoulatakis (Ioannis), Gina Sifountou, Ioanna Sifountou and Demetra Tsouknidas (late Kostas).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on his behalf to All Saints Greek Orthodox Church or Lightways Hospice in Joliet, IL.
