He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Sr. Lucas and Josephine Lucas; and his brother Robert Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Murphy; his stepdaughters, Christine Fortener (Michael) and Kimberly Delattre (Michael); his grandchildren, Hailey and Mikey Fortener; and his siblings, Joseph (Deborah), Philip and Kathy Lucas (Marv). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Karl's name to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
